How Omega Digital collects, uses and protects personal data through this website.

Last updated: 20 July 2026

Before publishing: have this page checked by a solicitor. It is an accurate description of how this website behaves, written to be a strong starting point, but it has not been legally reviewed.

The short version. This website has no contact forms, no logins and no newsletter sign-up. You cannot submit personal data to it. The only information collected is website analytics, and only if you agree to it. The AI Readiness Review questionnaire runs entirely in your browser and your answers are never sent to us.

1. Who we are

Omega Digital is a trading division of Omega Care Group LTD, which is the data controller for personal data processed through this website.

2. What we collect, and when

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use this site. It runs in Google Consent Mode. Before you accept cookies, it records the visit without storing anything on your device and without identifying you. If you accept, it also sets cookies that let us recognise a returning visitor. Full detail is in our Cookie Policy.

Your cookie choice

When you accept or decline, we store that single choice in your browser's local storage so we do not ask again on every page. It contains only the word "granted" or "denied". It is not personal data and never leaves your device.

Server logs

Our hosting provider records standard technical information for every request, including IP address, browser type and the page requested. This is used for security, fraud prevention and diagnosing faults.

If you email us

The email and telephone links on this site open your own email client or phone. Nothing passes through the website. If you contact us we will hold that correspondence and the details in it in order to reply and, where relevant, to manage an ongoing enquiry.
