Before publishing: have this page checked by a solicitor. It is an accurate description of how this website behaves, written to be a strong starting point, but it has not been legally reviewed.
The short version. This website has no contact forms, no logins and no newsletter sign-up. You cannot submit personal data to it. The only information collected is website analytics, and only if you agree to it. The AI Readiness Review questionnaire runs entirely in your browser and your answers are never sent to us.

2. What we collect, and when
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use this site. It runs in Google Consent Mode. Before you accept cookies, it records the visit without storing anything on your device and without identifying you. If you accept, it also sets cookies that let us recognise a returning visitor. Full detail is in our Cookie Policy.
Your cookie choice
When you accept or decline, we store that single choice in your browser's local storage so we do not ask again on every page. It contains only the word "granted" or "denied". It is not personal data and never leaves your device.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard technical information for every request, including IP address, browser type and the page requested. This is used for security, fraud prevention and diagnosing faults.
If you email us
The email and telephone links on this site open your own email client or phone. Nothing passes through the website. If you contact us we will hold that correspondence and the details in it in order to reply and, where relevant, to manage an ongoing enquiry.
3. What we do not collect
- There are no forms on this website, so you cannot submit data through it.
- The AI Readiness Review questionnaire is scored entirely inside your browser. Your answers are never transmitted to us or to anyone else, and are lost when you close the page.
- We do not use advertising cookies, run remarketing, or sell or share data with data brokers.
4. Our lawful basis
| What | Why | Lawful basis |
|---|---|---|
| Analytics cookies | Understanding and improving the site | Consent (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time |
| Cookieless analytics before consent | Basic aggregate visit counts | Legitimate interests, as nothing is stored on your device and you are not identified |
| Server logs | Security and fault diagnosis | Legitimate interests in keeping the service secure and available |
| Email correspondence | Replying to you | Legitimate interests, or steps prior to entering a contract |
5. Who your data is shared with
We do not sell personal data. The following providers process data on our behalf, or receive it as a necessary consequence of the site loading:
| Provider | Purpose | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Google (Analytics) | Website analytics | Usage events, and cookie identifiers once you consent |
| Google (Fonts) | Serving the site typeface | IP address and browser, sent when the font loads |
| jsDelivr | Serving animation libraries | IP address and browser, sent when the script loads |
| Hostinger | Website hosting | Server log data |
Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where data is transferred internationally it is protected by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision.
6. How long we keep it
- Analytics: Google Analytics is configured to retain event-level data for 14 months. Aggregate reporting persists beyond that.
- Your cookie choice: stored in your browser until you clear it.
- Server logs: retained for a short period by our host, typically no more than 30 days.
- Email correspondence: kept for as long as needed for the enquiry and any resulting relationship, then deleted in line with our retention schedule.
7. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- be told how your data is used, and to request a copy of it
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have data erased in certain circumstances
- restrict or object to processing, including processing based on legitimate interests
- data portability
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out
To exercise any of these, email m.carter@omegalife.uk. We will respond within one month.
To withdraw analytics consent immediately, use the Change your cookie choice control on our Cookie Policy.
8. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or by calling 0303 123 1113.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change how this site handles personal data we will update this page and the "last updated" date above.
