The short version. No cookies are stored on your device unless you press Accept. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, the site works exactly the same and nothing is stored.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. They are used to remember things between pages and visits. Similar technologies, such as a browser's local storage, work the same way and are covered by this policy.
2. Our approach
We use Google Consent Mode v2 in its advanced configuration. In practice that means:
- Before you choose: our analytics records that a visit happened, but stores nothing on your device and does not identify you. No cookies are set.
- If you accept: Google Analytics sets the cookies in the table below, which let us tell a returning visitor from a new one.
- If you decline: nothing is stored, other than the record of your decision so we stop asking.

We do not use advertising, remarketing or social media tracking cookies.
4. Change your cookie choice
You can change your mind at any time, and it takes effect immediately.
Resetting clears your stored preference and any analytics cookies this site has set, then brings the banner back so you can choose again.
5. Controlling cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so will not break this site. Instructions: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge.
You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, which blocks Analytics across every site you visit.
6. Other requests the site makes
This site loads its typeface from Google Fonts and its animation libraries from jsDelivr. These do not set cookies, but the request itself reveals your IP address to those providers. See our Privacy Policy.
